Crew will start their day at STA 89+83.66. Pumping of water taking place now.
8:30am- 1st joint going in.
9:00am- 2nd joint now going in.
9:30am- 3rd joint.
9:50am- 4th joint.
10:15am- 5th now placed. Going better today, not as deep and not nearly the water.
10:40am- 6th now going in.
11:05am- 7th joint now.
11:30am- and the 8th joint now in place.
11:55am- 9th joint being placed.
1:10pm- 10th joint now placed.
1:35pm- 11th joint.
2:00pm- 12th joint.
4:15pm- due to not being able to be onsite for all pipe laid today, pictures have been sent showing the progress from the operator. This last picture is identified as being the 16th joint of pipe laid today. The rest of the day is backfill based upon the explanation I was provided. 224’ total feet of 26” sdr35.
5:35pm- The bore site RR03 is almost ready. I have spent a great deal of time today trying to figure out the issues with the property owner, sub contractor, and overall site conditions here today. Concrete thrust blocks have been installed and Rail Pros are supposed to be onsite tomorrow to allow boring to begin.
