8:15am- I have just been notified that due to the rain, the pumps are not keeping up with the water right now. No pipe will be laid at this point until they can catch up with the water.
11:25am- update, crew has not and wont lay any pipe today they will continue to work on the pumping aspect though; therefore I will not be onsite today.
Crew will work tomorrow to lay pipe.
