Turkey Creek Ph 1 - RL Persons (L.S.)


7:05am- crew stated that water was completely out of the hole to about where the green hose currently is on the bank. They have been pumping since about 6am. Pumps had to be moved out of the water before starting this morning. 

8:40am- crew digging out for piers today. An unmarked line was hit and crew discussing it with Plant Operator. 





9:50am- grade is shot on sauna tubes for correct height. 

10:14am- still a ways to go on the water being pumped down. 

11:35am- getting closer...about 4’ to go.

12:50pm- 4 of the piers are getting concrete now. 

Cages going in. 

1:30pm- pipe stands going into piers now. 

1:55pm- stands now all in place. 

3:15pm- pouring begins on floor of Liftstation. Testing of concrete was done with the following results; Air 4.5%, Slump 4”, Temp 60*F. (4 cylinders were made).

3:30pm- bull floating begins. 

4:00pm- piers are covered with blankets. 4 test cylinders are under the blankets as well. 

4:15pm- concrete is finished out and keyway is now being installed. 

5:40pm- pumps are now shut down. 

6:20pm- water has now overtaken slab. 

I’m now headed offsite.
