7:10am- Crews are onsite. A pump is unloaded first thing as the excavator makes it way back up to the top here to unload arriving manholes.
8:30am- Blasters are in the bottom now. Mud is absolutely horrendous! Not sure of FlatCreeks game plan, but I have asked that the roadway get taken care of immediately.
12:20pm- Im at MH 20 now. This is where they are starting. They have hit rock and blasters tried re-shooting it, but to no avail. A jack hammer is need, so one will be brought in. Excavator will go back to striping top soil.
1:10pm- topsoil is pulled from line area and stock piled.
4:25pm- more top soil striped back. Now at Access 3 entrance with it.
5:10pm- another view.
