Turkey Creek Ph 1 - Flat Creek (Line Work)


7:10am- Crew may set the new MH A37 today I f it arrives this AM. 

7:35am- Trucks are getting loaded out with rock spoils at MH A37 location.  

8:55am- crew will begin testing today if all goes good while trucks are being loaded out. 

9:08am- MH A36 passed vacuum test. 

9:37am- Line now tested from MH A35 to A36. Passes. 

9:55am- MH A35 Passes vacuum test. 

10:46am- Line from MH A34 to A35 passes pressure test. 

11:20am- crew digging to set manhole A37 now due to them breaking a fitting on the testing equipment. 

11:30am- 27” pipe is getting unloaded today at access road 3. 

Pipe measurements are 14’-10” per joint of pipe. It will measure 14’ once belled-up and laid in place. 

Blasting and Drilling crews are also working today on Rittenhouse property. 

2:00pm- Crew still digging hole out for A37 Base. 

3:20pm- a 10’ joint of pipe has been cut to allow for another spot for “flex” in the pipe joint as we lower grade to help accommodate for the flat Bore that has to be done to cross the roadway from this manhole. Not all adjustment is on one joint this way. 



5:39pm- a 12’ piece of pipe is placed in manhole to connect into line once set in place. A short stubout to allow for rock breaking is placed in the other side. 

Now set and connected. 

Line is lamped back to MH A36 by laser. 

...and a total of 22’ of 12” SDR21 has been laid today. 

Manhole was lowered 4”. 

5:50pm- 9 loads of pipe have now been unloaded at access road 3 today.
