6:45am- Crew will be working to get rest of the anchors set in place on the brackets and the ladder will also be installed in the valve vault.
2:15pm- ladder is getting mounted in valve vault.
4:55pm- ladder appears to work just fine at this location.
5:15pm- called and Spoke with Dale to make sure he is using Sono tube around his post. He assured me he would be.
