6:40am- forms are up and walkway inside valve vault has to be built yet. Pour will be at 10:30am today.
10:00am- trucks here. 1st truck is tested. Air: 5.5%,slump: 8”,temp: 58*F. 4 cylinders made for upper pour of Liftstaion walls and valve vault.
Priming of pump truck is completed.
10:40am- a wall blow out occurred. Crew has boards bracing it now.
12:15pm- pour still occurring.
1:20pm- pour now completed. Crew will eat and then begin pumping water from Liftstaion to see about concrete that was lost when blow out occurred.
3:00pm- 6” pump is running as crew is getting 4” pump inside station set up to begin pumping from the inside.
5:30pm- crew is now “dipping” 5 gal buckets full of concrete and loading them into hopper.
6:40pm- still cleaning floor.
6:55pm-another view. 9 hopper loads has now been removed.
7:40pm- last hopper coming out now. 10 total.
Crew will do final cleanup tomorrow. Looks pretty good now.
