12:55pm- Crew has tied some rebar up for encasement of pipe next week. Chris is the only crew member here today due to the rains last night. Roadway was rutting up bad yesterday and they didn't want to make it worse today. Chris is just smoothing the roadway back up today here at Access 3.
I will be headed back offsite.
