7:00am- I was just contacted by Chris stating that they would only be breaking tock today. No pipe to be laid.
7:20am- Iowa Trenchless has installed 60’ of casing so far.
7:40am- power unit is now back on tracks and boring will now resume.
8:20am- after speaking to Rail Pros representative onsite this morning, he has indicated that the surveying of the tracks never happened on Sunday. I read the contract again and it states the the “tracks are to be monitored continuously”. Therefore I made the call to Flatcreek and Kenny stated that he would contact the railroad for clarification on the matter.
I will be headed offsite now.
