7:00am- More manholes will be unloaded at Access 3 first thing this AM.
7:15am- An agreement has been made between Flat Creek and the Laytons. A meeting occurred on last Saturday apparently.
7:55am- crew pumping water. They will dig to cross ditch area at STA 85+65 today if all goes well.
10:28am- Still pumping water. Haul truck is moving gravel to bottom area and roadway is bad again.
11:40am- crew loads up mule because it broke and will haul it out.
-No pipe will be laid today due to the two pumps not keeping up with the water. Pumps will be relocated at different points today to be ready on Wednesday since rain is to occur tomorrow. Another load of manholes will also be unloaded.
