6:40am- Iowa has found the issue with the cutting head. It has a broken cutting wheel. They are replacing it and will be reinstalling everything back into the bore here shorty.
7:40am- the RipRap on MH A24 side of creek is now completed.
Grading work from MH A26 -27 is done.
...and the Rip Rap for each bank at A26 and E1 will be completed today as well.
8:55am- all the cut trees from clearing of the right of way are now being gathered and piled up so that they can be hauled to the top of access 3 at some point.
9:25am- creek crossing A18-19 is still getting top of hole work done.
10:35am- bank work on MH A25 side is underway.
12:10pm- Rip Rap now in place on banks at A26-E1.
1:35pm- more manhole work continues this afternoon.
2:50pm- MH A11 now grouted.
4:00pm- final grading around MH E1 nearing completion.
4:40pm- Iowa is welding up the 4th casing to go back in now. They should start cutting again in the morning.
