Blasting occurred last Friday apparently. They have now blasted up to STA 126+00. A crew will be working on Laytons roadway today along with more clearing to also take place.
9:50am- Dozer has finally made it to Layton’s Access Rd 2. Dozer starts leveling roadway from metal gate.
11:35am- I have called Chris and spoke with him about our Access only being 15’ wide. I have spoken to Mrs. Layton and she is coming out to see it.
1:00pm- More issue will be addressed by Chris bringing over the skid steer this afternoon and cleaning up roadway of large rocks. Base rock will begin getting hauled in tomorrow and roadway fixed at that point.

Dozer continues clearing south of train trestle at this time.
2:00pm- Blasters are loading holes to blast here shortly.
2:35pm- Blast goes off with out any issues.
2:50pm- roadway is getting opened back up for substation access.
4:30pm- Met Brad at WWTF and then we drove to see what Flat Creek has accomplished with clearing and such.
