Turkey Creek Ph 1- Flat Creek (Line Work)


8:06am- Starting to excavate heading South out of MH-35 towards MH-36



8:20am- Setting first stick of 12” SDR 35 pipe for the day
8:51am- Continue to excavate South out of MH-35

9:10am- Setting several more sticks of SDR35 pipe



10:48am- Moving towards MH-36 and setting SDR 35 pipe. 112’ so far this morning.



11:55am- 11th joint now being laid for the day so far. 

12:55am- grading out for MH A36. 

Shooting flow line for grade. Its good!

Pipe now installed for a footage of 164.83’ of 12” sdr35 so far today, making the run from MH A34 to A35 at 241.33’ total distance. 

Line is also lamped back to MH A34 from A35. 

2:10pm- flow line across MH A36 is virtually flat. Sdr 21 pipe is a little bigger O.D. than the sdr35 pipe. Thus creating a “flat” flowline. 

2:20pm- 1st joint of sdr21 now laid in place, upstream of MH A36. SDR21 pipe is 20’-6” per joint; pipe laid in place is 20’. 

Backfill also taking place at this time back towards MH A35. 

3:30pm- SDR21 pipe is progressing nicely. 

5:00pm- Crew has laid 7 joints, 140’ of SDR21 upstream of MH A36. 
Total footage for today 304.83’. 

Entrance road to substation is now open as well.
