7:25am- Crew will dig to lay pipe again today with the light drizzle that’s occurring.
9:00am- 4th joint of pipe is laid for today so far.
Line backfill is also beginning at this time.
10:20am- Backfill is going good. Dig tape will be rolled out once ditch is to this level across to manhole.
Crew prepares to set MH A34.
11:15am- MH A34 base is now set in place.
Line was also lamped back to MH A33. 81.5’ of 12” is laid to this point so far today. Total run between MH A33 & A34 is 151.5’.
1:00pm- Laser is now getting aligned with transit and pipe at MH A34.
- Flat Creek, Iowa Trenchless, Brad and I all met onsite to discuss borings.
2:20pm- 4th joint now laid upstream of MH A34.
