Crew to continue with staging materials along pipe route today. 

I will not be onsite.

7:00am- Crew will be hauling pipe from Access 3 side down to Laytons side of the project. Also gravel will be getting staged along pipe route. 

8:25am- I will be headed offsite for rest of today.

7:15am- crew has pumps running to evacuate the water from the bore pit and trench. Iowa Trenchless may not be here this week due to rain forecasted. 

9:14am- still pumping water...

10:35am- breaking rock at MH A11 location roughly. 

11:25am- 1st joint of the day going in. 

12:45pm- Blasting occurs at this time. 

12:50pm- crew setting laser in bore pipe for alignment of MH A11.

1:45pm- crew is double checking manhole elevations. 

2:50pm- crew has now connected MH A11 to the downstream pipe with a total of  25.33’ of 27” PS46 for the day. 

Gravel now going in to properly bed the pipe. 

Line is also lamped by laser back to MH A10. 

4:15pm- MH A11 is stacked out now and wrap is going on bottom seam. 

4:50pm- straps are now on bottom seam. Crew will be picking up to call it a day.

7:05am- crew will continue with pipe laying on to MH A11 location. 

8:30am- 1st of the day!

9:25am- joint #2 now laid. 

10:10am- rock is encountered and has to be broke out.

10:45am- 3rd joint now laid. 

12:00pm- 4th joint now in. 

1:20pm- more rock to be broke. Bore pit is getting filled in as they dig so that manhole can be set later. 

2:00pm- 5th joint in as bore pit continues to be filled. 

2:25pm- 6th piece of pipe now in place. 

3:20pm- back in rock at edge of bore pit. 

4:30pm- 7th joint now going in. 

4:45pm- jack hammer going back on to end the day here. Crew is now essentially at MH A11 location. 

-Long weekend so crew wont be back until next Tuesday.

6:55am- Crew will continue with laying pipe today and should get to MH A11 location today. 

8:05am- pumps had to be switched around this morning due to a belt being broke on the 6” pump again...the 4” pump is now at the end of pipe. 

9:00am- First pipe of the day going in at this time. 

10:00am- 4” pumping having trouble keeping up I believe...still on first joint of the day. 

10:30am- Spencer and Brad onsite to look at stream bank stabilization today. 

1:40pm- crew has now laid 3 joints of pipe today with having to break some rock to get them installed. 4” pump will also get moved up. 

2:30pm- 4th pipe now placed for the day. 

3:35pm- joints 5&6 are now laid. Ditch has narrowed up due to the rock being more stable on the sides on the banks. 

4:30pm- 7th and final joint is laid today. Crew will backfill to finish out their day.

7:32am- Today seems to be moving much smoother than yesterday. Setting pipe in place first thing.






9:34am- Fourth stick so far for the day. Continue to excavate.




10:40am- Setting the 6th piece of sewer pipe for the day


1:01pm- 8th piece of pipe in for the day, continue to excavate


2:00pm- Pipe # 9 for the day, Moving right along




2:30pm- Breaking Rock
4:03pm- Placed the 11th piece of pipe for the day


5:09pm- Last piece of pipe set for the day # 12
