12:50am- Crew at Power Substation today to clear TCE. Unfortunately they have cleared below substation where only a couple of manholes were staked. I’ve requested that they do not clear unless TCE is flagged for them.
Excavator will begin clearing upper area that has been flagged for TCE.
Area below that is partially cleared.
2:25pm- Clearing of glade going good.
4:40pm- Another look from on top of the glade now.Clearing is almost half complete.
5:00pm- crew is wrapping it up for the day.
