No work today due to rain.

8:20am- crew had a late start today due to early am rain. More cleanup in area of MH A31-28. And grouting continues at MH A30. 

9:30am- MH A30 now grouted. 

10:47am-  MH A29 now grouted. 

Cleanup still occurring also. 

11:41am- MH A28 now grouted. This finishes all 12” manholes. 

12:29pm- grouting to resume here at MH A10 here shortly. 

2:00pm- crew has i stalled a ball at MH A11 to stop water and are now in MH A10 grouting. 

2:50pm- MH A10 now grouted. 

4:24pm- MH A9 now grouted.

Crew will finish testing of lines today on the 12” from MH A37-36,& 30-28. 

8:45am- crew is currently working to find sewer line from Liftstaion across the roadway due to it being located on MH A37 side per HOA maintenance personnel. (?)

11:00am- crew now preparing to test line from A28-A29. 

11:15am- Manhole A28 passes vacuum test. 

11:45am- line passes air test from A28-A29. 11 minutes and 20sec. 

12:03pm- MH A29 passes vacuum test. 

12:28pm- line passes air test from A29-A30. 

12:47pm- MH A30 passes vacuum test. 

1:23pm-line on test from MH A37-A36. 500.14’@ 28.5 minutes. 

1:57pm- line passes test from MH A37-A36. 

3:18pm- MH A37 passes vacuum test. All testing now completed on Ph 1. 

3:45pm- The last section of roadway is getting gravel at Mr. Heads property now. 

4:40pm- crew will begin with grouting manholes per punch list here at A30 to round out the day.

7:10am- crew will continue with testing line today from MH A2-A1 and finish with vacuum testing also. 

Cleanup in area of MH A28-31 will happen. 

8:59am- line now on test from MH A2- A1. 

9:27am- Line passes air test from MH A2-A1. 

9:59am- MH A2 passes vacuum test. 

11:30am- MH A1 has leak at the second seam down. They are going to try and fix it. 

2:05pm- Area of MH A28-31 getting cleaned up now. 

4:34pm- MH A1 now passes air test. Two spots were repaired in the upper two sections of the manhole seams. 

4:45pm- crew will pull the balls and pick up tools and call it a day.

7:00am- Ace Pipe will be back again today to finish up with video and Mandrel work. Flatcreek crew will begin line testing again today at MH A2 and finish with vacuum testing from A6 downstream. 

7:36am- lids to be bolted down first, then vacuum testing. 

8:40am- Ace Pipe is back to finish now at WWTF MH A2 -A3. 

9:46am- all 27” pipe is now videotaped. Mandrel will be pulled from A3-A1 on 1-16-2021. Crew will now proceed to A36-A37 for their last 12” segment of pipe. 

11:02am- camera crew now at MH A37 -A36. 

11:39am- mandrel is now pulled from A37- A36 manhole. 

12:07pm- MH A6 passes vacuum test. 

12:58pm- MH A5 passes vacuum test. 

1:36pm- MH A4 passes vacuum test. 

2:19pm- MH A3 passes vacuum test. 

3:33pm- air test now started on line from MH A2-A3. 

5:03pm- line passes air test from A2 -A3 manholes.

7:00am- crew worked last Friday installing Rip Rap at RR01 and MH A2 area. 

Ground is rough graded out at MH A1 and A2.more cleanup to occur here. 

7:42am- another drainage pipe is placed at “spring” area on access 1 per owners request. 

9:30am- rock from pipe yard is going on access 1 roadway now. 

11:20am- Ace pipe is now back onsite at MH A11 to continue with videoing and Mandreling the lines. 

11:54am- Mandrel now at A11 from  A12. 

12:46pm- Mandrel now at MH A10 from A11. 

1:00pm- Mandrel at A9 from A10. 

2:05pm- mandrel now at MH A8 from A9. 

2:20pm- mandrel now at MH A7 from A8. 

2:27pm- a slight sag in this run from A7-A6 from 37’ in at A7 to 71’ in. 

3:20pm- Mandrel at MH A6 now. Crew has moved to this side now to continue. 

4:20pm- Mandrel now at MH A5 from A6. 

5:46pm- Mandrel not at MH A4 from A5. 

6:06pm- Mandrel now at MH A3 from A4.
